2. Handmade items may have minor flaws (dust, air bubbles, slight demolding marks, etc.).
3.  Four-layer packaging for shipping; bag breakage not covered by after-sales service, replacement bags included.
4.  No after-sales for damage from violent use (squishies are consumables).
